The Founder
Vanessa Molica founded Desert Luxe Construction after fifteen-plus years in Arizona real estate — buying, renovating, and selling homes across the Phoenix metro. Every renovation she ran taught her the same lesson: the difference between a good remodel and a great one is almost never about the materials. It is about how the project is managed.
She started Desert Luxe to build the kind of remodel company she always wished she could hire — one that communicates clearly, runs on real schedules, treats every home like it matters, and does not cut corners you cannot see. The result is a company that thinks like a designer, runs like a project management firm, and finishes like a craftsman.
Vanessa is based in Scottsdale and lives the homes she builds — desert-modern aesthetics, indoor-outdoor flow, materials that hold up to the climate, and homes built for how people actually live.
Our Approach
We believe the best remodels start with how a home should feel, not just how it should look. Function before form, then form on top of function. We design for the long view — materials that age into the home rather than out of it, layouts that work as your life shifts, finishes that hold up to real use
We also believe a remodel should not feel like something you survive. The construction phase of a project should be the calmest part of your year, not the most stressful. That requires planning before building, communication during, and refinement at the end. We do all three on every project, every time.
