The Brief: The Hearth Home was a 2,400 square foot Scottsdale residence with good architecture and a color palette that no longer served it. The brief was to bring the home warmer, more intimate, and more textural — a house that felt like the inside of a quiet room, not a showroom.

The Approach: Where most remodels lean cool and bright, we leaned warm. Stone and tile from Bedrosians were chosen for their tone as much as their durability — earth-toned, textural, alive in the light. Cabinetry from GC Cabinetry was finished in a deeper, warmer palette. Lighting was reworked to add depth rather than brightness. The result is a home that pulls you in rather than holding you at a distance.

The Result: The Hearth Home reads as a house with a soul. Materials with texture, light with depth, finishes that get more interesting the longer you spend with them. The kind of home you slow down in.
